Educational Session|Workforce Development

As the nuclear industry plays a critical role in meeting future energy demands, cultivating the next generation of nuclear workforce has never been more urgent. Yet attracting young and emerging talent requires more than traditional outreach. It calls for a deliberate strategy to spark early interest, nurture curiosity, and guide talent toward meaningful careers within the nuclear workforce. This session will explore how industry, education, and community partners can collaborate to inspire, engage, and retain talent on the path from initial exposure to cultivating interest to obtaining long-term careers in nuclear.
