Lori Brady, Senior Director of Human Resources & Workforce Development at the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), is an accomplished HR professional with 30 years of experience.  At NEI, Ms. Brady is responsible for coordinating nuclear energy industry workforce programs and initiatives. She is also responsible for implementing strategies that enable the Nuclear Energy Institute to recruit and retain a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Ms. Brady holds a BA in International Studies from Kenyon College and a MBA in International Business from The George Washington University. She is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional.
