Darin has spent over 3 decades in the nuclear industry including the US Navy, Exelon, Southern Nuclear, and most recently at Champion Specialty Services. He has held multiple positions including Training Director, Maintenance Director, and the Plant Manager and Site Vice President at Vogtle Unit 1 and 2. He currently is Executive VP at Champion Specialty services assisting in the restart of Palisades Nuclear Plant, decommissioning Indian Point and Oyster Creek and providing services for long term nuclear asset preservation across many utilities and DOE sites.
