Spencer Klein

Senior Project Manager, New Nuclear

With over a decade of experience, Spencer Klein is a Senior Project Manager at the Nuclear Energy Institute, specializing in New Nuclear. In this role, he leads programs to advance the commercial environment for deploying new nuclear power plants, with a focus on regulatory processes and policies, international regulatory harmonization, the regulation of rapidly deployable reactors, and the deployment of micro-reactors for military and space applications.
Spencer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, as well as a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership & Management from Harvard Business School.
