DiLorenzo is the Acting Director of Nuclear Regulatory Affairs (NRA) for Arizona Public Service Company (APS) at Palo Verde Generating Station (PVGS).
DiLorenzo rotated to NRA from Engineering in 2015 as a department leader. Since joining NRA, he has served as both Compliance Department Leader, responsible for compliance with federal, state and county regulations and Licensing Department Leader, responsible for maintaining station licensing basis documents and managing NRC license applications.
While in Engineering, DiLorenzo held leadership roles in Program Engineering, Inservice Inspections, and Component Engineering. DiLorenzo joined APS in 1991 and worked as an engineer in various engineering departments, including Design Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Modifications and System Engineering, responsible for both Nuclear Steam Supply and Balance of Plant systems. Prior to APS, he was a Design Engineer for Bechtel Power Corporation.
DiLorenzo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
