* Full conference registration includes access to all sessions, networking and evening events, and admission to the exhibit hall. Your registration also includes breakfast and lunch on select conference days. Please refer to the program schedule to confirm the specific days meals are provided and to explore the full lineup of sessions and activities.
**By attending the NECX conference, you grant permission for ANS/NEI to use your name, image, and likeness in photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional, educational, and other lawful purposes. Attendance constitutes agreement to this policy.
Special Events
The following events will be available to add to guest* or single day attendance tickets during the registration process.

* Guest refers to a spouse, significant other, or personal friend. Business associates, staff colleagues, or fellow students do not qualify as guests. Guest registration allows access to only the evening reception and special events.
Registration Cancellations and Substitutions
- Registration cancellations received on or before July 31, 2026, are subject to a $200 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2026. for conference registrations, or any separately ticketed event.
- For conference registration only, a substitute attendee may be sent in your place up until the start of the conference.
Registration Payment Policy
Attendees with an outstanding balance will not be permitted entry until payment is made. Payments may be made in advance or onsite during registration hours.
Age Requirement Policy
The conference is designed for adult professionals. Attendance requests for individuals under the age of 18 require prior review and approval by conference management on a case-by-case basis.
