When and where is the conference?

The Nuclear Energy Conference & Expo will take place Aug 24-27, 2026, at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas TX.

Who is hosting NECX?

NECX is a joint conference hosted by the American Nuclear Society (ANS) and the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). You may receive communications about the event from both organizations.

How do I register for the conference?

Registration opens on Monday, April 13, 2026. Click here to register.

What is included with registration?

Full conference registration for NECX includes access to all educational tracks, plenary sessions, networking and evening events, and admission to the exhibit hall. Your registration also includes breakfast and lunch on select conference days. Please refer to the program schedule to confirm the specific days meals are provided and to explore the full lineup of sessions and activities.

Do I need to stay in the NECX hotel room block?

While not required, booking within the official NECX room block is strongly recommended. Most all NECX sessions, events, and activities take place at the Hilton Anatole. Staying at the official conference hotel will provide you with the best experience and great nightly room rates. Click here to book your reservation.

NECX does not have a relationship with any housing entity and no company is authorized to act on NECX's behalf to book hotel rooms or provide other conference services. If you receive a call from a representative of Exhibitors Housing Management or any other company regarding your hotel booking, please contact the NECX conference department staff immediately at info@nuclearnenergyconference.org.

I am presenting in a session; do I need to register?

Yes, all presenters are required to register for the conference. Contact info@nuclearenergyconference.org with any registration questions.

How do I request accommodations for food allergies, restrictions, or other dietary needs?
