Phil Zeringue has spent more than two decades in the nuclear industry, with a career spanning engineering, maintenance, project management, and IT. That range gives him a working understanding of how plants run, and where technology can make a difference.
As Chief Revenue Officer at Nuclearn, Phil leads the company's growth, market strategy, and customer engagement as it brings AI into nuclear operations. In 2020, he received NEI's Top Innovative Practice Award for his work deploying operational AI. He works closely with regulators, engineering leaders, and executive teams to keep that technology grounded in real operating needs and safety.
Beyond Nuclearn, Phil is a visible voice in the industry's push to adopt AI responsibly. He contributes to standards and adoption work through the Nuclear Business Innovation Council and has spoken on operational AI at industry and regulatory forums, including the NRC. He also hosts The Future of Nuclear Energy, a podcast where he talks with people across the industry about where nuclear is headed and how it gets there.
