Andrew Bryant

Director of Nuclear Quality Assurance

FERMI America

Andrew Bryant is the Quality Assurance Director for Fermi Nuclear, where he leads the organization's nuclear compliance program. With more than four decades of experience spanning nuclear, fossil, and combined-cycle power generation across the United States, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, Andrew brings depth to the challenges of bringing a new nuclear plant through the regulatory process.

Prior to his current role, Andrew contributed to two landmark nuclear projects: TerraPower's Kemmerer Power Station, where he helped develop the chemistry program for the sodium-cooled fast reactor and secondary side water programs, and was a part of the procedure, programs, and policy team at Nawah Energy's Barakah Nuclear Station in Abu Dhabi, which was the first nuclear power station in the Arab world. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Entergy Corporation's Arkansas Nuclear One as a Nuclear Chemistry Specialist and certified Procedure Writer, and has provided nuclear consulting services to Palo Verde, the largest nuclear generating station in the United States.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, is certified in Nuclear Chemistry by the Institute of Nuclear Power and the Procedure Professional Association and is a U.S. Navy veteran. He is passionate about advancing nuclear energy as a cornerstone of America's clean energy future.
