Kari Osborne serves as a Lead Licensing Engineer within Southern Nuclear’s Fleet Compliance Licensing organization. In this role, she supports fleet regulatory compliance by helping translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance that sustains alignment with the current licensing basis. Her responsibilities include Part 21; inspection preparation and performance support; evaluation of potential compliance issues; dry storage licensing; and licensing KPI monitoring to help inform compliance risk management. Ms. Osborne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Tennessee and has more than 15 years of industry experience, including roles in Reactor Engineering, Nuclear Fuel Services, and Core Design at Southern Nuclear.
