Carrie Gilbreath, SNC - Carrie Gilbreath is the 10CFR 50.69 Program Owner at the Southern Nuclear (SNC) Birmingham office.  She is responsible for all aspects of the 50.69 program implementation across the SNC fleet.  Ms. Gilbreath has been at Southern Nuclear for 17 years, starting her career in Probabilistic Risk Assessment.  She has held roles in Performance Improvement, Engineering, Business Modernization and Plant Operations. Ms. Gilbreath has a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification from Plant Hatch and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
