Heather is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a certified Senior HR Professional with almost 20 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in Human Resources supporting unique industries focused on recruitment, on-boarding, compensation, and management of the employee life cycle. She began her career in government contracting serving as an HR Business Partner focused on recruiting EOD trained personnel for various projects. She has successfully led Paragon through multiple acquisitions and is currently responsible for leading all HR initiatives and activities across 3 organizations within Mirion Technologies (Certrec, Paragon & SIS) including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. In addition, Heather supports the sales and marketing team for industry events. Heather is from east Tennessee. She and her husband Chris have one son. In their spare time they enjoy camping and boating with their extended family and chocolate lab.
