Jennifer Chandler is serving her fourth term as a Piketon Village Council Member and is the Board Chair of the Scioto Valley-Piketon Area Council of Governments, representing the local governments of the US DOE Portsmouth Site’s host community. As a Senior Environmental Project Manager for Tetra Tech, Jennifer manages brownfield cleanup and site redevelopment projects for municipalities, counties, land banks, economic development organizations, and private developers and provides environmental consulting, project development, and stakeholder engagement services for clients across the US and internationally. She has a BS in Environmental Science from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Findlay.
