Daniel van Hoogstraten has built his career at the intersection of government, politics, and corporate campaigns. He is the managing partner of Amplifire Strategies, a strategic communications and public affairs firm specializing in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Daniel advises companies, developers, and organizations on messaging, media relations, crisis communications, coalition building, stakeholder engagement, and digital strategy. His firm leads communications campaigns for a range of initiatives and projects, including within the nuclear energy, utility-scale solar, and data center industries.
Prior to co-founding Amplifire Strategies, Daniel served as a state director for a national issue advocacy organization and as communications director to senior members of the U.S. House of Representatives. He has also advised and served as a spokesperson for U.S. Senate and U.S. House campaigns across the country. Earlier in his career, he worked at a Washington, D.C.-based government affairs firm focused on energy and agriculture policy.
