A graduate of the Second City Conservatory and an educator with over 15 years of classroom experience, Jon blends humor, structure, and psychological safety to create learning environments where participation feels natural and outcomes stick. His work is the foundation of the Colby Leadership Institute, where improv-inspired exercises are designed to be run independently by teams, supported by clear video instruction and real-world examples.
