Theresa Clark is the Chief Nuclear Officer of Everstar, a NYC-based startup that's developing AI solutions for the nuclear industry. Theresa joined Everstar in early 2025 after more than two decades at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. There, she was a senior executive overseeing licensing and oversight of operating and new reactors, medical and industrial uses of radioactive materials, and fusion energy. Theresa has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in materials science and engineering from the University of Maryland. When she’s not building an energy-abundant future with Everstar, Theresa is mentoring students and young professionals, serving on the Board of Visitors for her university department, and volunteering in her community.
