Frank Nelms is a Director in ScottMadden's Energy Practice, and he specializes in leading change management efforts, accountability model design and implementation, and strategy development for utilities and merchant power generators. He has worked with nuclear operators across the US and Canada and co-leads ScottMadden's Nuclear AI Roundtable that focuses on bridging the gap between AI technology and nuclear operations. His industry experience includes government and investor-owned utilities, nuclear operators, Regional Transmission Operators (RTOs), IT strategy, healthcare, government contracting, supply chain, litigation services, music & entertainment, and television broadcasting. Frank earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he concentrated in Consulting and Sustainability.
