Shaina East is the Senior Manager of Emergency Preparedness and Fleet Corporate Functional Area Manager (CFAM) for Emergency Preparedness at Constellation. A Navy Nuclear veteran with a BWR Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification from Dresden Clean Energy Center, she brings more than 25 years of experience in nuclear operations, training, regulatory affairs, work management, and emergency preparedness. Shaina leads emergency preparedness programs across Constellation's nuclear fleet, partnering with a team of dedicated professionals to support nuclear safety, operational readiness, regulatory excellence, and effective emergency response capabilities. She is passionate about leadership development, organizational resilience, and continuous improvement.
