Scott Stewart serves as a Project Manager with Southern Nuclear, supporting the Strategic Alliance for FLEX Emergency Response (SAFER) and ensuring readiness for FLEX Phase 3 offsite emergency response capabilities across the U.S. nuclear industry. With more than 19 years of experience in nuclear operations and project management, he collaborates with utilities, program support partners, and industry organizations to strengthen SAFER deployment readiness, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness for Beyond Design Basis External Events (BDBEEs).
