Susan Baier is Vice President of Americas Engineered Solutions at Westinghouse Electric Company, where she leads the engineering organizations that support the operating fleet needs. With almost 20 years at Westinghouse, she has built a reputation for combining deep technical expertise with strategic business leadership.
Throughout her career, Susan has led global engineering services, product management, growth, and operations organizations. Her experience spans new plant design and engineering, product development, major project execution, and organizational transformation. She has played key leadership roles supporting AP1000 new-build projects, operating plant services, and global engineering resource management.
Susan holds a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, along with an MBA in Finance from Temple University's Fox School of Business. She has also completed executive leadership programs through INSEAD, Women in Nuclear (NEXT), and Duquesne University.
