Eric Gould is a founding member and partner of Modus Strategic Solutions, Inc. Eric utilizes his 35+ years of experience in the construction industry to provide strategic consulting advice to clients engaged in complex, multi-year power generation and industrial construction mega-projects. Eric consults with clients in the energy and industrial sectors to enhance their ability to prudently manage major capital improvement projects. His services are focused on project oversight, risk management, strategic planning, commercial disputes, and regulatory strategy for complex construction projects. Eric led the Modus Independent Oversight team for the on-time, on-budget Darlington Refurbishment Project, and leverages those lessons for advising strategic plans for new nuclear ventures as they select technologies, plan and develop their work. Eric is a member of Nuclear Energy Institute’s Construction Task Force and Advanced Reactor Forum, focused on lessons learned, project cost, schedule and risk improvements, and process improvements for the next wave of nuclear projects and developing a North American Nuclear Road Map.
