Matthew Chouinard is the Director of Engineering for Constellation Energy's Power Uprate Program, where he leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to increase the generating capacity of the nation's largest carbon-free nuclear fleet. In this role, he provides leadership for multi-billion-dollar nuclear growth investments, overseeing engineering programs, regulatory licensing activities, and cross-functional project execution across multiple nuclear stations. He works closely with executive leadership, regulators, finance, government affairs, and industry partners to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective power uprates. Through a focus on technical excellence, innovation, and operational discipline, he is helping position Constellation's nuclear fleet for long-term growth and energy leadership.
