Nate Harsch serves as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Westinghouse Electric Company, where he leads the company’s global compliance and ethics organization. In this role, he is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of enterprise compliance programs spanning ethics and business conduct, export controls, import compliance, economic sanctions, privacy, artificial intelligence, and nuclear safeguards.

Mr. Harsch advises executive leadership and business teams on regulatory, operational, and strategic compliance matters across a global organization operating in highly regulated industries and international markets. His experience includes managing complex compliance risks associated with international trade, advanced technologies, data governance, and civil nuclear activities.

Throughout his career, Mr. Harsch has worked extensively with U.S. and international regulatory frameworks, helping organizations navigate evolving legal and compliance requirements while supporting business growth and operational excellence. He regularly engages with legal, regulatory, engineering, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to develop practical compliance solutions for complex global challenges.
