Sam Gibson is the Founder and CEO of Hadron Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: HDRN), an advanced nuclear company developing the Halo Micro-Modular Reactor, a 10 MWe factory-manufactured, transportable light-water reactor. Since founding Hadron in 2024, Sam has led fundraising efforts raising $40 million in equity capital, led the company from concept to Nasdaq in under two years as the first publicly traded light-water microreactor company, and achieved the first NRC acceptance of a Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD) for a light-water microreactor developer. With a background in mechanical engineering, Sam has assembled a world-class nuclear leadership team and is focused on combining proven light-water reactor technology with modern manufacturing to make nuclear power smaller, simpler, and faster to deploy for data centers, industry, defense, and critical infrastructure.
