Matt Faulkner is an executive practitioner with more than 15 years of experience leading workforce strategy, labor systems, and organizational alignment in large-scale, unionized environments within critical infrastructure.

He currently serves as a Senior Advisor at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), advising executive leadership on enterprise workforce strategy, operational performance, policy-related issues, and high-visibility initiatives. Throughout his TVA career, he has held progressively senior roles in labor relations and workforce strategy, including Director of Labor Relations, with extensive experience in collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, workforce planning, executive coaching, and labor-management strategy.

Faulkner holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Marshall University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Mediator. In addition to his corporate work and serving on multiple Labor-Management boards, Faulkner has served as a guest lecturer and conference speaker on collective bargaining, labor-management relationships, workforce strategy, and leadership.
