VA Stephens is an expert in state and federal government relations with a focus on natural resources policy and the state of Texas. Her clients include Consumer Energy Alliance (CEA), where she advocates for affordable, reliable, and cleaner energy solutions that benefit families, businesses, and communities. For over 30 years VA served the citizens of Texas in varying roles from executive departments/commissions, to the Office of the Governor, and, most recently, as Chief of Staff for former TX PUC Commissioner Jimmy Glotfelty as well as Director of the Texas Advanced Nuclear Reactor Working Group
