Emily Bitgood is a workforce development leader focused on strengthening the talent pipeline for the clean energy sector. She brings more than a decade of experience in K–12 education, where she led fundraising, strategic partnerships, and STEM and literacy initiatives that expanded equitable learning opportunities for thousands of students.
At Constellation, Emily advances workforce strategies for nuclear generation in New York—elevating career awareness and pathways for youth, reducing barriers to entry, and upskilling workers to meet the nation’s growing demand for carbon-free energy.
Emily holds a Master of Public Policy in Education Policy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Political Science from the University at Buffalo. She resides in Rochester, NY with her family and golden retriever.
